Today I will share that I met my first small goal of getting under 170lbs! I am so excited! I am logging and only eating when I'm hungry and stopping before I'm full. What goals or plan do you have to help your weight loss?

Wow! Great to have some fellow SN in the loop! Im preparing to start school again and trying to schedule in a work out and prepacked lunches for clinicals. I dont want to graduate overweight:( I want to be a healthy example for my patients:) What are your strategies for the coming semester?
