Arctic Zero Frozen Dessert. It's like ice cream but not quite as good but a whole pint is around 150 calories. So i guess if you eat a serving which is 1/4 pint, do the math. :D

i think everyone's results on here are different. If you save calories for the end of the week, and eat them and still lose weight then you should be good. If not then adjust accordingly. Stir fry, Fajitas, when I cook them I cook a good amount for leftovers or cut up and put on a salad. or just have the cooked tenders in small sizes for a quick protein snack! Actually I prefer boneless skinless thighs. Like the flavor better and they are moister too!

I lost around 60 lbs but also my blood sugar was borderline diabetic. I was put on meds to try and control it. Have family history of diabetes. Since I have lost, I am off the meds and in good shape as far as that goes.

My suggestion is keep the snack type foods out of the house. No chips, cookies etc. Too easy to grab and go. I allow myself microwave popcorn but I buy Jollytime light and it's about 275 calories a bag. Who eats a recommended serving of whatever it is? But it does take some effort to make it.

It's not too hard to figure out. I lost 60 lbs here and still here working at maintaining. There will be a few speed bumps on the way but just stick with it and make it a priority. It can be done! Feel free to ADD me if you like. I am on here daily still. It's what works for me. :)

As others have said, I'd rather obsess about it then be unhealthy again. It's what works. People think obsessing is a bad thing in all circumstances. Keep doing what works!

It all depends if it's homemade or store bought. I use a lot of recipes from allrecipes.com and they have a lot of the nutrition info. For me I will search MFP for certain foods and use my own judgement to figure out what calorie count to use. Recipe builder also sounds like a good way to go.

I came here in the first place because of blood work that was not good. Since then I have lost around 60 lbs. I went away for a bit and gained 5-10 back so I am sticking right here because I need some accountability.
