I have tried going to tea and drink it some but nothing really replaces coffee for me. ;)

If you can't do it black, Find some of the non fat creamers. Me personally don't add the creamer or milk to my log. I have dropped the weight even though I don't count it. I generally don't drink the high calorie lattes or cappucinos that have really high calories and sugar. Best of luck! :)

My suggestion is to not keep foods around that you tend to binge on. Keep healthy alternatives handy. When I was starting out i eliminated all junk foods in the house. I always have Jollytime 94% fat free microwave popcorn on my list! It's my daily dose of fiber and salty snack. I bet I eat it 5-6 days a week at night.

I like a good turkey burger and also love a good beef burger. Depends on the brand or if I am making it home made. Have bought some good ground chuck and combined it with ground sausage, stuffed with cheese and let it cook on the grill til the cheese oozes out. There are some good brands of chicken burgers out there too.…

I am in maintenance right now but when I was trying to lose I still weighed myself daily but only logged it on MFP at the beginning of each week, Monday mornings as soon as I got up. I still weigh most mornings to kind of gauge where I am at.

If you are running 6 minute miles I doubt seriously that you need to lose weight. :*

Working out every day, especially if you are getting up early, can be a chore. I myself just do some walking after work or during the day since I work out doors. Waiting for weather to get better and time to go golfing. I always carry my clubs which burns a lot of calories and I kind of have fun even though I am a terrible…

For me I put cardio first to keep the ticker working better.

I have kept my alloted calories at a level to lose 1/2 lb a week. I am doing this to allow for not as strict portion calculating. So far it has worked for me. Just passing on my idea.

Either staying in and working on a painting or going to the symphony. My wife sings with the Colorado Symphony. Or going to art galleries on first friday! Dream car?
