For me it takes a little bit a label reading. I usually go with Nature Valley. Have a decent amount of protein and a sane amount of sugar. Quest bars are good too but a little pricier but they have good protein and also good fiber.

English muffin pizza sounds good. Regular pizza is soo good on a planned cheat day. We were 4 months into our weight loss when Thanksgiving came around last year and we missed pizza soo much we skipped the turkey and had Papa Murphy's instead! Heaven!!

Also I've found these fruit and milk bars to satisfy my sweet craving. They're called Fruit are. I have the coconut and milk ones and they are like an ice cream bar but only 140 calories. The are pretty tasty!

For vacation food try and do smaller or half portions, eat slower and enjoy the company of the others.

I myself don't count anything with caffeine in it as water. Different people obviously do different.

I usually have an apple with lunch, a banana with breakfast and popcorn as an evening snack. Also yogurt daily, usually in the mid morning at work.

My suggestion is to change your MFP goals one level at a time for instance if you are at losing 1.5 lbs a week change it to losing 1 lb a week and so forth. Basically what the reply above said just in a different way. I am basically in maintenance but I am keeping it at -.5 lbs per week to allow for some flexibility like…

I usually do an apple a day but most days I have popcorn usually microwave type lower fat percentage. Has a lot of fiber which at my age is something i need a good amount of. I doctor it up sometimes with hot sauce or garlic powder.
