Hi! Im 5'9" HW 188, SW 178, CW 171, GW 130. :) im doing some weight training, cardio and my food schedule is 40% protein, 30% Fats and 30% carbs :) 131. Already lost 17 pounds, 41 tot go :D 132. Deel free tot add me :)
