I'd try searching for the restaurant name in your food diary, and seeing if anything comes up, and if not, just search in the food diary what it is you've ate! I agree with PrincessRowwy how everyone is different. I would say that in a month, it would be healthy to lose 2-4 pounds, depending on your calorie intake and burning of calories! Make sure you don't eat less than you're supposed to, and don't overdo yourself working out!

Do you mean how to find the amount of calories in, for example, something you've eaten at Wendys or Taco Bell, etc? I know in the food diary, if you hit either breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack and search what restaurant and what the item was you ate, a bunch of options and portion sizes from the restaurant should come up!
