I've been there as well. I lost 55 lbs and was feeling great! Then I lost it and gained back 40 lbs. Need less to say I don't feel great and don't sleep well either. Hoping to do better this time around. Good luck to all of you.

I agree. Time limits are a bad idea. I've never been able to achieve any goal with in a time limit. I aways disappointed and discouraged. I just take one day at a time and hope for a loss by the end of my week. Even if it's .2 lbs lost. A loss is a loss.

Fat free and low fat options are full of fillers and use artificial flavorings that aren't good for you anyhow. Try sticking with full fat options. I find in most cases that they also use less sugar. Thank you everyone. My husband made home spaghetti sauce. I went ahead a weighed the whole thing when done. I ended up making the serving to be whatever calories I wanted it to be.
