I would say cleanse day 2. Day 1 I was psyched and ready, day 2 starting to feel my habits picking at me. I also confirmed on day 2 that raw almonds make me feel bleh. That is a tough one as they are really a big part of the Plan. Otherwise I've been feeling good, the occasional "where are my carbs?" thought but nothing…

Hi! So glad you are seeing success! That early cleanse is intense but it definitely gets things started. I had a "joy factor" day yesterday, so I am up a little today. I'm on Day 13 today, 5 lbs down in < 2 weeks, which is HUGE for me. Keep going!!

Just got a digital food scale and it's a game changer. Hugely important for snacks and meats - it's so easy to 'guess' the portion from the anecdotal recommendations like the size of your fist or palm, but I've been surprised to see how little chicken is a true serving size. Like several people have said, this is one of…

Way to get it! This is very inspiring, sometimes progress is slow, but 19 months would have passed anyway and you've got a whole new you now. Amazing job :)

I got a Fitbit in 2016 then let my son have it later that year. I've been waffling ever since about whether I 'need' another fitness tracker. My Garmin vivofit is arriving via the mail this week :)

Hi, I did the first 6 days or so of the Plan a year ago and lost 7 pounds. Sadly, I was distracted and fell off the Plan. I am restarting Friday, 3/25, although that makes Easter day 3. We'll see how that goes  I would love to have an accountability partner/someone to pass ideas back and forth with. Did you make it…

Amazing and inspiring. Congratulations on all your hard work - it obviously pays off. Thanks for these words and pictures today. Best of everything on your continued journey!

I'm 5'3" and the difference 10 pounds made on the way up was from average to pudgy, with ill-fitting clothes and feeling uncomfortable in my skin. I am now 8 pounds down and while I can tell a difference, I don't think my friends/coworkers have. This is a fun question - I will note how long it takes for someone to notice.

One of my favorite snacks is air-popped popcorn. I like it just plain, but at my house we also mix Braggs Aminos (like soy sauce, but thinner) with Frank's Red Hot sauce and do little tiny dips. Not for those who need to restrict sodium, but it's crazy delicious.

I'm in, too. 134 as of this morning, so Thursday weigh day for me. Thanks for doing this!

First is to get back in my 20s (120s, that is) - 4 lbs to go. Two pounds after that, I'm treating myself to a kettlebell training session and a real kettlebell (not just my weight plates).

Amazing story and great job. Can't wait to hear updates!
