Super friendly and sweet!

Cheeks! I know it's strange, but you have gorgeous cheeks (and teeth).

Sweet pink headband!

I second Greek yogurt! Yum. And eggbeaters. I like to have a string cheese, because I LOVE CHEESE. Fruit. Oatmeal. Mmmm....

Ugh, well, everyone knows you can eat vegetables as a vegetarian, but if it's not a concept you've been around, the idea can be daunting, no matter how much you want it. OP just needed some ideas, I'm sure.

Oh, and I recommend the calcium supplement if you don't want to look for milk alternatives, especially if you are female. Your body needs calcium to help with bone density, and women are particularly prone to osteoporosis.

Good sources of vegetarian-friendly protein are veggie burgers (trust me, some brands, like Boca or Morning Star, taste like burgers), and veggie chicken patties. They also make killer other stuff, like veggie BBQ ribs, veggie chicken nuggets, veggie buffalo wings... They're all so tasty! You can also eat tofu-- some don't…

Mine was stress! I turned to wine and my feelings were delicious.

Get on Amazon and order some flavor burst boba balls. Add to either. Bam. Deliciousness.

Stock up on nuts, hummus, and use olive oil for your cooking.

Stay busy. If you work in a position where you're sitting most of the day, make trips to go get water/tea. Use your lunch to eat, and then walk. I always want to cheat when I'm bored. Working out when you're stressed feels cool, too.

I like to eat straight martini olives out of the jar. I also like to put black beans on a salad with Opa! feta dill greek yogurt (it's actually delicious). When I ate meat, I would make hot dogs with Asian stir fry sauce in a pan. I also make a concoction with black beans, tuna, hot sauce, and pineapple chunks that I put…

Live long. Prosper.

Mmmm. Cheese. Pizza. Pasta. Beer. Wine. I used to be huge into sweets when I got pregnant, but eating a Snickers bar every day for 5-6 months cures you of that. Those are the reasons I'm here, anyway.

I learned that I can (and do!) jog a 12 minute mile. I have never, ever been about the cardio life. Or exercise in general. I also learned that I'm dedicated enough to having done some kind of activity every day for seven weeks now (I'm usually flaky).

We're talking a large pizza here... I destroyed it. To be fair, I'll normally eat one piece regularly, and then I just eat all the cheese and the stuffed crust. I really, really love cheese.
-
I've had stuffed crust pizza like twice in the past five days. NO REGRETS THEY'RE $9.99 RIGHT NOW

I do calisthenics 5-7x a week (I get lazy) for about thirty minutes, and I try to cardio every other day to every two days-- by which I mean, I'm out of shape, so I make myself jog a full mile in 12 minutes or less, and then wheeze my way over to the water cooler.

I have go-to snacks. Usually cheese.

Trust me when I say, my whole life has been the same way. I struggle with anxiety and depression, but exercise has actually helped me overcome that. I had the nervous habit of biting my nails since I was six years old. Since I started exercising, I've actually stopped that. Exercise is that time when I don't have to think…

Cocaine and waffles.

Dinner date. We can drink wine and shoot the breeze!

Zooey Deschanel.

Plan for a cheat day; eat the meal plan the rest of the time. One day won't kill you, and it's good to enjoy-- in moderation!

Congratulations!!! This journey will be difficult, but so, so worth it. Just remember that you deserve it for YOU. A long, healthy, happy life!

Food therapy can be extremely helpful for these types of behaviors. Or, maybe therapy in general. Not saying you're crazy, at all-- just saying that there's an underlying issue that it might be helpful to talk to someone about. I have a food obsession that stems from years of an eating disorder-- I spent so much time…

I second this.
