I seriously need to quit thinking about him, but god, is it hard.

JUST GIVE IT TO ME

I dated a friend of his back in the day. I randomly met him the night his son was born, but he was engaged (or maybe even married at that point) so nothing happened. We stayed Myspace/Facebook friends for years. One day he randomly sent me a Facebook message and we started talking, and the rest was history!

Water with a Crystal Light packet and vodka. ETA: whoops, you're tired of vodka. That's all I got!

Break it down into smaller goals, i.e. I WILL eat this many calories today or I will exercise this much this week or I will lose so many pounds in a month. Break it into chunks so it's easier.

"Layman's terms"... Didn't realize that equated to maths and formulas! Haha!!!

I jogged in place for 35 minutes, for the first time in like 1-2 weeks.

I am also Stormborn (born during a tornado), I love dragons, and I would totally have purple eyes if I could have the choice.

I'm on Prozac and I've lost weight. Every body is different! For me I think just feeling better helped me want to make the rest of my life better too, if that makes any sense. (I quit drinking too so that was another huge part of it!)

They're not weight loss pills, they're antidepressants

What works for me might not work for you, and vice versa! I just tried to eat less and move my body more. It's a work in progress and I'm still trying to get the mental aspect of it down (i.e. I ate like 2 big cookies, 5 mini cookies, and 6 mini candy bars yesterday... LMAO).

Both! Exercise is insanely good for your mental state. Even if I just jog in my living room for 30 minutes, I feel better about things that would normally lead me to binge.

Give up diet Coke and transition into black coffee or coffee with a few plain half and half creamers! :)

Ayyyy! I've been dry since the day after Thanksgiving! It's been surprisingly easy even with my SO drinking almost every night. You all got this

For sure! You can also make it fun for both of you by going to different parks, etc.

Also, here's my truth: I am 138 pounds which is on the high side for me. I keep eating candy, sweets, chicken wings, burgers, and all the stuff I tell myself I don't need. It's easy for me in the morning but I always struggle at night. I worked out for a week and a half and did great, then couldn't manage it for five days.…

Be easy on yourself! We all have our off days, our shortcomings, and our weaknesses. As long as you are doing the best that you can every day, you will be successful-- you've done it before and can do it again. Also, mental health is very important-- don't neglect it. If you are struggling with depression, find someone to…

IN! I challenged myself to stay sober all November and have made it all 14 days. Random cravings but I've overcome though.

Starting was somewhere around 190. Goal was 135; I'm currently 136.8, I was down to 132. I keep changing my mind about what I want to weigh...

HOLY ABS!

I confess that I love drinking fancy mineral water mostly because of how fancy it makes me look.

LMAO, maybe if the conversation opener was really funny/witty...

Creeps are more than welcome in my DMs! I just require at least a $5 donation to my Paypal first, and when I receive the payment, I'll respond.
