Oooh, also I love pimento stuffed olives straight from the jar! LOL! I'll even drink the juice. I like pickle juice, too.

I like to mix black beans with salsa and pineapple and put it in a lettuce wrap... Most people think it's so gross. Or I'll scramble eggs with tofu. LOL.

LEMME TELL YOU, cottage cheese and salsa is my JAM.

I'm assuming it was the drastic decrease in sugar that caused the emotional aspect? LOL! Sugar addiction is a real thing; good for you!

Just tell her it gets her son off. If she wants to be rude, be ruder.

I did the same thing! When I went into labor I was 224 pounds (I was an anorexic before that but it came to a screeching halt when I found out I was pregnant and I gained a TON of weight), and then within about 6 months after I was back down to 140-145. I left my abusive partner, developed a deep love for wine, and…

La Croix is my jam. Go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Pickles, popcorn, baby carrots, jarred olives (usually like 5 for 25 calories but I can easily eat 100 of them), scallops, egg whites, brussels sprouts...

THIS WAS TOTALLY A THING BACK IN THE DAY! I think especially in the 50's-70's: Parents made their kids all kinds of things in jello.

Or opt for sashimi or nigiri, which don't have all the crazy ingredients-- sashimi is just a slice of fish on a ball of white rice, and nigiri is just raw pieces of fish! Sushi in general is not usually calorie-laden, per se, but definitely avoid anything with "crunchy" in the name or any sauces, especially those that…

Welcome to the community! I hit goal and then gained a little so I'm back on to watch it, haha

Haha. She did. We kept in touch for a while after. She was crazy, but she was hot so I didn't for one second get to thinking I was irreplaceable. [/quote] The hot to crazy scale is a real thing, ya'll.

Vodka water with a Crystal Light flavor packet... Your girl's a champ.

I can't be bothered to eat breakfast, and, if I do, it's after my vitamins fit into my routine. I drink it with a glass of skim milk or half a glass of whole milk. Usually helps.

You're honestly perfect. Your doctor's cray.

Nope. He told me he didn't even see a problem with my weight. He's into thicker women. But good try!

I know I'm not the only one here who thinks you're way too beautiful to have to stoop low enough to accept someone talking that way to you. Girl, regardless of your weight, you are a prize, and any DECENT man would be lucky to have you. My boyfriend was just as proud of me at 200 pounds as he is now that I'm 155. PM me his…

Cheese. Pizza. Sushi. Brussels sprouts. Bacon-wrapped filet. I'm so hungry now! Haha

Finally, a diet I can get behind. #easymac

As someone who did develop an eating disorder for a decade largely in part to a parents' criticism, I can say that at least she was dedicated to not passing that disorder along to her daughter. I am endlessly grateful that I have a son and my body image issues will statistically be less likely to influence his relationship…

LOL, I did. Well, am losing, anyway. I had an eating disorder that began when I was 10-12 and weighed 110-120 pounds, but then got pregnant at 22 (which obviously means I started eating, haha) and ballooned up-- I was 225 pounds when I went into labor! Afterwards I dropped down to about 135, 140. Then I broke up with my…

Tuna, hot sauce, pineapples, and black beans in a lettuce wrap... Sooooo yum.

Don't feel like a failure!!! Everyone has their own struggles. Weight is just one of the ones that everyone can see. You just have to stick with it. Don't make excuses, don't cut corners. Remember that the only person you cheat is yourself! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!! And I recommend an app like Happy Scale; it helps break down your…

I have really weird taste buds, I think. Eggs + salsa/picante + cheese + sour cream, on bread (like a breakfast Texmex sandwich)... I also take leftover taco night ingredients and will eat them on bread like a sandwich. Tuna + hot sauce + black beans + pineapple, in a lettuce wrap (delicious) Tofu + hot sauce + soy sauce +…

Cheese. An ounce of cheese is actually like 1/10th of what I used to consider a "serving".

I don't tell myself "No"-- I just tell myself, "In moderation". Too easy to get caught up in some inane mental argument about how food-- which is inherently incapable of being either "good" or "bad"-- is, well, good or bad. Food's food; it's what you do with it that counts. If you give in and eat something that…

You'll meet someone who knocks your heart right out of the park, and then everything that happened before won't matter. I know that sounds like a cliche-- but it's true. I didn't think I'd ever get over some of the people I'd dated, and then I met my current partner and, all of a sudden, all those b/s relationships just…
