In terms of performance that doesn't matter to me. I'm looking more so to just be healthier. As stated earlier in this thread my family has a history of cholesterol, blood pressure and clotting. I come from Reddit where it seemed to be the norm at www.reddit.com/r/keto unless I'm mistaken. I might give it a whirl at some point but given my family history being able to reduce cholesterol, blood pressure and blood clots is grand. I'm not sure if keto can do that but if so then I'll look into it even deeper.
