Yes it includes a lot of veggies and stuff but also a lot of flour and frying and sugar but, I'm working on it. I can eat anything in moderation but I'm still working on moderation, it's not my strong point that's why I'm trying to lose weight now..lol Thanks

I'm 5'4 as of this morning I am at 179.2 I have been hovering in the low 180's for the last month my goal at the time was to get below 180 and here I am. I started at 215. 20 to 30lbs. sounds like a great new goal but I give myself a goal of 5lbs at a time.
