  • I did not reach my January goal of 80 km. I will keep my goal at 80 km for February and aim to achieve it!
  • Becky_44, I have a problem with flat feet as well and used to get shin splint from running. That stopped when I got a pair of Brooks GTS Adrenaline 12. I've now bought Adrenaline 13, they work great too!
  • Hi, I'm Min. Cycling is my exercise of choice but I'm also incorporating running into my exercise routine. For a start, I'm going to set 80 km (50 miles) for my January goal.
