It’s in the original post-10-15lbs for BMI over 35...it’s standard of care, the ACOG recommendation and the recommendation of my OB. Thanks though.

You could have ovarian cancer, cysts or an enlarged uterus. Also protein malnutrition and liver problems can sometimes lead to what you are saying you see. Please please go get checked out.

I don't eat gluten because I get nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, followed by full body rash and eventual blister formation on my hands, feet, elbows and knees. I also get joint pains. I don't know why anyone would not eat gluten if they can. I try it once or twice a year to see if it's magically better....I miss croissants…

The half life of T4 is roughly 7 days, meaning it will take roughly 5 weeks for any change in dose (or taking vs not taking your meds on a particular day) to have any effect. Long story short, take it as usual.

You need to take levothyroxine. Consequences of untreated thyroid disease include hyperlipidemia, cardiac disease, multiple endocrine abnormalities, slowed mentation, early onset alzheimer's, coma and death. Look up myxedema coma some time if you're curious...Seriously take your medicine, you will feel much better.

If you are gaining inches in the waist but loosing weight you could have an ovarian or uterine tumor. You need an abdominal ultrasound at the very least ASAP. I am not joking.
