Great story, Silverdracos. You can have that of standing around in your bra at work as a risk if you misbehave ;-) My last resource is taking off my wirstwatch. I guess it doesn't help as much as a sweater.

We are 32 participants. Great! bwmalone: May I make a suggestion? Just to make it more thrilling :) Could you make a total weight loss square? We lost alltogether a couple of pounds this time, counting ups and downs. We have a record to beat next time! Could it be something?

Going out with the dog is my main (or only?) excersice. But I try to press the best out of it (poor dog!) I take at least a couple of 1.5 miles a day and I walk as fast as I can. I live at the countryside so no worries about looking silly :) "Power walking" I understand it is called. I am sure I am burning some calories…

I just revised my goal. I am bad av conversions (kilo to pounds). But now I should follow the curve suggested by MFP.

Hi! I answererd this question but I can not see any record of it. Anyhow: once a week is fine. But it could be cool if the weigh-in is evry tenth day. This way we have ten weighings in a kind of countdown. 3... 2... 1... and we have achieved our gol! :) Just a thought. A weekly wigh-in is fine

Sorry, after reading your introduction I understood I was in the wrong group. English in not my own language and I was thinking of " crosstrainers". Good luck with your group. CrossFitt is a bit to much for me at 58. :)

I am a first timer myself and at my second day of monitoring my eating and exercising I am full of confidence. But will it last. I hope! I have 13 kilos to lose. I will add you as soon as figure out how to do it.
