This is not as easy I thought :-( Up and highs depending on the shape that particular day. Thu 22: 14,648 (got tired after walking in the city, not used to that) Fri 23. Midsummer in Sweding, too much food and beverages, very little motion: 8,761 (I wish some had been from dancing, but not) Saturday: 13,071 and back on…

I see some great figures! Wonderful job! I had a great weekend. The rest was not as good. Sat 17: 14,256 Sun 18: 18,237 (after a very long walk in the forest!) Mo 19: 8,250 Tue 20: 11,821 We 21: 7,700 Mmm, I wonder if it rounds up to 12.000 steps a day. I will try harder now.

My first report: wed 14: 14,860 thu 15: 13,375 and fri 16: 14,627. I included in todays figure 31 minutes swiming (1,1 km) according to this conversion table that I certainly recommend: purdue Have a nice weekend and great and long walks!

Hi wikkidwanda! I also have a 12.000 steps challenge. You are doing great. I am happy I managed to fulfill my goal this first day (a late starter here). I have also a bad knee. Your figures are inspiring! Regards Ollerwe

Yes, the display will tell me how many kilometers I rode. I guess I can convert that to steps. Great! Well, it looks like we both were getting som "heavy duty" steps today. I also pushed my mower all over my place and, in the absence of dirt, I moved and piled a lot of firewood ahead of winter and snow. Those steps should…

Hello from Sweden! I hope it is not too late to join this great group. I would like to reach 12,000 steps every day the rest of the month. I will report my progress on Fridays and Wednesdays. And I will probably need your help to translate stationary bike into walking. Neither me nor my dog like walking when it rains! Best…

Great! Thanks!

Yes, I agree. And nice meeting you Mspmpayne. I hope you'll be with us if we start a new round!
-
I am in, of course. This time I will be a lite bit more realistic when setting up a goal. Congratulations to those who fullfilled the challenge, both those who reached the target weigh but also to those, like myself, who stayed even if the figures were not the best ones. If you, bwmalone, set up a new challenge I will try…

Someone has already. Great job, Mspmpayne!
-
Done! And wellcome back! Good job!
-
You are very welcome! Better late than never! :D
-
Great! I am not ill anymore and I am able to power walk and jogg again. That makes the difference! I guess I will no be able to reach my original goal but I made some progress. I am fine with that.
-
Come on friends! Do not forget to fill in your weight!
-
Hi everybody! Still fighting to keep up with the challenge. How many of us are left?
-
Sorry, my wrong. Now I have updated my result. Not so bad, after all.
-
Isn't it tomorrow, the third? I hope so because I need every minute to get rid of some ounces. I am still on the wrong side of the scale :-) I need a "whoosh" too! Next time maybe.
-
What half will be the toughest. Any thougts?
-
Yes! I think it is important not to give up. Sooner or later our extra pounds will understand the message. We do not want them anymore!
-
:)
-
Great!
-
Thank you! Let us hope someone rejoin.

I am not feeling confident this time. In a few hours I will know. But I think I can take a set back. I hope I don't have to. ;-)
-
It will be a long and winding road, as The Beatles woud put it. But, hey!, figure how happy we will be!
-
Right! We should consider that, vaunche.

Hi! Here I am. Doing my best to stay on the sunny side. A "heavy" weekend :-) I have done a lot of exercising to try to compensate for my indulgences. I hope everyone is doing well. Are you?
-
Hello sexykima! Where are you? We miss you in the weigh-in list. I hope you still are with us!
-
Half a pound down! Slow but steady :-)
-
I was a little bit more optimistic yestarday. Now, the day before, I am not as self confident. If you are losing inches but not weight doesn't it mean you are building up muscles? I have heard that if you are training hard you get smaller without loing pounds. Well, I wouldn't mind that! :-)

Hi! Go to the group thread list and look for "New spreadsheet...". That is the one we are using. Welcome!
