It's not luck, it's hard work, you make a lot of excuses, you need to find reasons to make it work (if that's what you really want?) instead of talking yourself out of it

I've been counting calories and increasing my walks, in the weeks I walk the most I don't lose any weight, the weeks I dont walk 6 out of 7 nights, the more I lose, it's dropping off rapidly
-
Don't give up, have you measured yourself?
-
Eating breakfast, pre-logging food, batch cooking on a Sunday using the recipe builder and freezing it for the week, taking tasty different lunches to work each day, discovering new healthy recipes, reading the community forums here, having a weight loss challenge at work and my Garmin step counter, weighing food, going…
-
Are you weighing your food?
-
You need to eat 1200 calories minimum every day, not sometimes 700 like you said
-
Food preparation is also the key for me
-
Actually, I've sent a request to you all :)
-
Added you, my name is the same as the name on here
-
I don't call it a diet, I log my food and exercise and stay under my calories for the day plus I increase my excerise so I'm losing weight
-
Add me if you like on garmin, same user name
-
Heart rate showing on the treadmill aren't that accurate
-
I log the night before so I don't have a calorie blowout
-
If you continue to eat under 1000 calories your hair will start to fall out in about three months, eat nuts and I'm pleased you got a diagnosis

Here is my chicken stir fry recipe for 5 portions at 310 grams each and 358 calories per serve, next time I'll leave out the mung beans as they have too many calories but I did also add half a cup of water and chilli flakes and lots of black cracked pepper
-
5 x chicken stir fry for dinners in the freezer, - used the recipe builder, weighed out 5 x cereal portions for breakfasts at work and made a chicken salad for lunch tomorrow plus two snacks I've finally discovered meal preparation is the key and I log my food for the next day so I know exactly what I'm having

You will probably find it's a loss in muscle. I was very sick for three months, couldn't get out of bed, didn't eat or drink or had a couple of bites of something every couple of days and lost 2.5kg every week to total of 18kg, lost muscle and strength big time because of little physical movement, after a time in hospital…

It took her almost three years and she is 5"9' (it's in the first post) and does look amazing BTW
-
Fantastic job! You look great.
-
if you consistently eat too little calories, your hair will start falling out in a few months
-
eat a variety of nuts, high in calories and tasty

I don't want to spend the money on transition clothing either, would rather raid my smaller wardrobe once I fit into it, then at goal weight for the final time, splash out on a new wardrobe.
