Garmin, Fitbit etc never have accurate calories so just ignore. Use a TDEE calculator to calculate your calories to include exercise and stick with that

The exercise calories are inaccurate and I've reported it to MFP previously but they only sent me links back explaining the data without actually looking at the data I provided. What about your lunch time? I walk up flights of stairs at lunch time, nearly kills me but it burns more calories than a walk

I agree with the above, I reported it to MFP but they sent me a generic email back and didn't actually look at the data I provided it showing the calories earned by steps are completely over inflated. I've now turned off the steps from Garmin and using the iPhone method for counting steps instead which is much more…

You could try salt that is 60% less sodium if it's the salt taste you are after

In about 2 months your hair will start to fall out as you are eating too few calories. Do this the healthly way otherwise your weight loss is not sustainable and you will only put the weight back on plus more.

There's an issue with the exercise calories calculated since the last MFP app update, I have a vivosmsrt HR. I logged this issue with MFP a couple of days ago and just got an email back not helping much with the actual issue, it just gave a lot other other generic help

Why can't you go for a walk to earn more calories when the boyfriend is cooking and get home and eat some of his cooking? This lifestyle is going be for always and not just while losing weight.

The weeks I walk more than usual I don't lose weight even though calories in are the same, so I quit my extra walks to drop fat. Excerise is for health

Try eating 1200 calories minimum and no extra walking per day and see the weight drop off, this is why I stopped walking so much
