Plan is to log, eat or try to eat healthily without it consuming me!!! Cause we will all make mistakes! See improvements in fitness and just be positive!!! My plan isn't to lose a certain amount by the time the 100 days is up but just to see a difference and feel better! Good luck to all on their journey!
