My goal is to lose 2lbs a week. Currently eating 1,490 cals a day and running 1 mile per day. I'm planning on seeing a nutritionist soon to help fine tune my goals. Will share once I know more :smile:

My husband and I have committed to running 1 mile a day for 30 days. I have always HATED to run. Started last week and have been surprised at how much I'm enjoying it!
