I at one time had my daily calories all in my breakfast but the problem was is that I had to practically starve myself for the rest of the day lmao, thank god I was able to do some cardio!! My body is used to eating 3 meals a day i guess :)

I eat a hell of a lot more after exercising !

I go and try to burn it off by doing some elliptical or treadmill exercises whenever I go over.

Thanks everyone for your honest opinions ! I do an hour of heavy weights ( 3 sets/8 reps) and 30min of elliptical exercise.
