I almost always have to edit the recipe...delete an ingredient...readd. then save again for the recipe to actually count all the ingredients. I wonder if it is just dropping non verified items or what. It is super annoying.

I lost 75 lbs on Ww, but not as a vegan. Only thing I could advise you on is that even though fruits and veggies are "free" i always counted points for anything over 2 servings of fruit a day, or 3 servings of veggies except for leafy greens. I figured i could never eat too many of those. I am still going to ww meetings…

Store bought cookies. Soft serve ice cream. Whole fat milk. Bologna. Most flour tortillas. Cheese on my deli sub. Most cakes at parties. What is worth it? Homemade cookies....thank goodness they do not cross my path often. ;)
