For sleep. Do you mean 7 uninterrupted sleep or just 7 hours total. Cause I get 7-9 hrs however that's with being woken up for 30-60 mins here and there of kids have rough night plus husband wakes me to say bye in the morning. But without that hour+ I still very minimum get 7 hours most nights 8-9 tallied.

Going good. Really enjoying quick workout in the mornings. My days go by so much for productive it seems. Still making some unhealthy choices here and there. BUT compared to how it was since November and the holidays. Its much better. Slowly but surely eliminating the sweets. I'm also working out for 30 MINS in the evening…

I know this may sound stupid but find a bottle that you love and it helps you drink more. Regular glasses I always lack I'm drinking enough. But I have 2 water bottles that I love that I use. One is 25 oz one is nice cause I drink 4 of them a day and I'm at 100 oz of water. The other is 20 oz so I know I need 5 of those to…

It depends on a person size as well. Like average person burns 100 cal/mile. I burn only 75 per mile. So depends on size of person. For fit test I burned 118 in 14:40 according to the HRM

Hey! My name is Tonya. I have a boy who will be 4 at the end of January. A girl who will be 3 at the end of February and a boy is almost 14 months old.
