I had gastric sleeve done 4 months ago. I've lost 83 lbs. I havent had any complications. I have more energy to do things. I dont regret it at all. It definitely is a head issue for me, not a food issue. I'm an emotional eater.

I had mine done 1/27/16. Started at 272 surgery day and I'm at 224. I eat 800 to 900 calories daily and I usualy walk or ride a bike 3 times a week for 30 minutes. My weight loss isn't linear. It's stop and go depending on the week.

I had gastric sleeve 1/27/16. I've lost 28 lbs in 4 weeks. It took me a year to loose 30 lbs. pre-op. It has alleved some of my health issues already.

I was sleeced 1/27/16. I have hit a stall also. My Dr says just keep working it :keep eating my protein and drinking my water and the scale will start moving. I just have to trust the process.

Cut your calories slowly. Measure your food. Limit sodas, aim to drink more water. Limit fast foods. Accept yourself and your failures if you have a bad day. Try again the next day. The weight didnt come on overnight and the weight wont come off overnight.

Don't buy it and have it in the house. I find the act of getting up,getting dressed and going to the store to be too much trouble. At that time, the craving has passed.

A can of crushed pineapple,a box of strawberry sugar free jello and a tub of cottage cheese. Breakfast and snack all week long.
