My fave go to meal is provolone cheese topped with pepperoni and microwaved 30 secs to 1 minute. Quick and easy meal. Tastes like pizza.

14 months out and I can eat about 4-5 ounces of meat, no vegetables. If I eat meat and vegetables, I can eat 2 to 3 ounces of meat and a cup of vegetables at once. Junk food 1/2 a bag of family size Cheetos if I allow myself.( Honestly, probably all I could stuff in my face.) Average calories 1300 to 1700. On a couple of…

I'm glad you are in a happier place. I think that it is good that you recognized your own needs and were aware of what you wanted out of life. My marriage was over before my surgery. I knew that I could only fight for my life (emotionally/ with surgery) before physically fighting for my life. My husband was physically…

There are some meal prepping sites on pinterest that involve no cooking. When you shop just go to meat produce and dairy aisles. Avoid the junk food aisles. I had to retrain my brain. I would go up each aisle at the store and end up with some cheetos or oreos. Out of sight out of mind. Drink lots of hot tea broth or water.…

I had the same job, same type of husband, and 5 kids. Got rid of the husband after 12 years of fighting. I have time to exercise, clean, and cook. The kids all pitch in. I've lost 90 lbs and the kids and I are much happier. The house isn't spotless but you can find a clean towel and fork. Instead of being so angry all the…

I told my littles ones they couldnt have the vegetable because it was too expensive and only for adults. It was a special treat just for me. The more I told them they couldnt eat it, the more they wanted to try it. Now they devour broccoli, cabbage, and asparagus. Try covering it in shredded cheese. Anything tastes better…
