Im a 60 year old male. At 360 lbs im getting ready for gastric bypass sergury.

    I did the sleeve Jan 2016. Ive lost 97 lbs so far. I feel great and do so much more activities with my kids. I wish I would have done it sooner.

    Hi I had gastric bypass on June 27 2016. I made the decision to go for it because I was type 2 diabetic the minute surgery was over I never took a single medication, or insulin again I feel great. I'm down 70lbs. I have done my own diets ,Jenny Craig, weight watchers it would come off but wouldn't stay off. You can't look at it as a quick fix, but a lifestyle change. It takes work. Hard work. But living it every minute. You have to want it badly enough to make those changes, and stick with it. Best thing to do is go to support groups, very helpful.
