Oh, I understand how tough it is to get the hang of things. Like everything else in life, Weight and health goals will have its ups and downs. That's just how it is. Relax and enjoy your day.2

There's a difference between not logging and not worrying about going over, or at least not going over by that much. I still like to log.4

I think it matters because you're showing no signs of learning
And self education is how you beat your 300lbs self
Showing some form of progression in your understanding after so many question threads would be a sign that you are taking something in from the hundreds of helpful responses you have received to date

I haven't really logged in at least a couple week ... nor do I intend to log for a couple more weeks.0

I did my best to log everything accurately as I could. Which was really difficult to do whilst repeatedly slamming my face into a pecan pie2

I haven't logged in over 3.5 years...you don't have to log to be aware and exercise self control.6

And actually I had a pretty sucky day visiting a very sick relative but such is life6 -
Miss a day fine, but never give up.
Holidays, suprises, emergencies, and celebrations are part of life. Will you quit logging for every one? Nope. I log on two different sites. So what I eat is recorded somewhere somehow.1
