Down 2.8 lbs this week. Partly because I was in the Hoapital Tuesday, Wednesday,and Thursday. Hospital food and no food. Anyway we got to the bottom of my issue. Heart flutter and my pacemaker didn't know how to handle. Got it adjusted and seems to be better now.
