Ok our main meal is already planned. Baked in the oven pork spare ribs with bbq sauce (of course), homemade potato salad, cole slaw, and baked beans with brown sugar and brisket in them. My focus turned away fronts a few years ago and focused on calories and lean towards the higher protein less carbs. Staying on track with focus is a whole separate issue.
