These last few weeks with the cold and rain I've just not been as hungry. I don't really know why but that's what's been going on with me. Another thing is the prices to go out to eat just kinda takes the joy out of it and it's much better to eat at home so I know what I'm eating. So many synthetics in foods now it's hard…

I don't intentually skip meals but yesterday I got a late lunch was going to dasher a sandwich for dinner but missed that to. Lately I've been busy and just don't stop to eat. Not a really good idea but it happens.

I'm not tracking physically on any platform. I do however watch my daily input knowing what I eat and their caloric values staying away from food that I know are off limits.

Mostly .you mindset is losing. I'm at a weight that I do fear any gains close to 8-10 lbs. It effects m my breathing.

I usually get 2 veggies at dinner plus a green lettuce salad. Was doing pretty good being an apple in but on a whole I probably get a C or D on a daily basis. ☹️

Down 3 lbs this week. Didnt concentrate so much as I was just so busy and just didn't eat as much. I'm not sure if it was a water weight drop or not. Next day or two will tell.

I use to be a NFL fan just got away from it but I will do my best to watch it. Don't have a favorite or a pic yet but will probably catch up on the stats prior to the game.

This is fairly easy for me. Most but not every Friday DW and I love to split a 14-16oz ribeye steak with a baked potato and green salad. Occasionally we'll have garlic bread. Sometimes we may have dessert but most of the time not. Whatever goes on during the week this one meal seems to have become our ritual or date night…
