Did you eat a lot yesterday? I noticed that you did not track and if you had a 'cheat' day of sorts, then eating less the next day is completely normal, fine and (sometimes) even encouraged for those who track by weekly calorie averages.

That is weird! Maybe you would have had a larger loss had it not been for that food? Or maybe your TOM is kicking in and you're burning more calories, or maybe your weekly average was less, or something? For some reason when I eat potato chips, no matter how many, I lose weight :P Weird stuff!

I just like iced black coffee with sweet'n'low and there is a shaker of I don't know what that is delicious at that little self-service station, it says vanilla on it but it has little white specs with black in the middle and it's amazing (I don't know if it has calories or anything, though), and a little half and half!

You can easily be overweight as a vegan because a lot of foods are vegan (no animal products), like tortillas, fat free refried beans, oreos, bread, etc., which are all calorically dense foods. Depending on the amount of left over calories you could incorporate rice. It will run you 600 to 800 calories per 1 dry cup (yields a lot cooked) and use soy sauce and veggies.

I had a small amount of loose skin on my lower abdomen for about 4 years. I actually got rid of it with exercise and gaining about 5 pounds after reaching goal and losing those pounds again. I'd imagine that the sodium differences in the cooked eggs is due to the assumption that you will salt the water. Otherwise, I can't imagine how the egg would gain salt through just a cooking method. My thighs are pretty much the first place that visually gain weight and the last to lose. Conversely, my tummy visually fattens many pounds later but appears to be the first place I lose. And breasts, well, I don't have enough to know. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
