Yeah what I have learned is that don't be afraid to eat little snacks, and chew your food well! Do not eat fast it does not help in any good way,and water is zero calories so drink a lot of it. What I have noticed is that even if I am not in the mood to drink water if I have it with me I will subconsciously drink it. Good…
