As I said, it'll work for some and not others to eat more. I know for fact that if I eat at 1600/1700 I'll only maintain and any more than that will have me gaining weight even with daily workouts. I've got 1240 as my limit which seems right to me. I am 5'11 and currently about 214 lbs.
