For anyone that is finished and looking for another video to do, you might want to try Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. Same circuit setup. The strength round has 3 different exercises instead of 2. Level 1 is as tough as level 2 of 30 Day Shred.

Day 2 of Level 3 done. Down 7 pounds since starting on 12/27!

I didn't do measurements before I started so not sure how much they've changed. But as of January 17th - the halfway point through 30 Day Shred for me - I have lost 5 pounds. Down from 199 to 194!

Day 5 of Level 2 done. Couldn't make it all the way through without pausing on day 1, now I'm making it through and pushing myself each workout. Down 5 pounds in the weeks!

Just finished Day 10 on Level 1. It was just starting to get a little easy. Pumped to start Level 2!

Just finished Day 7 Level 1(started on 12/27). Getting easier by the day. Already dropped 3 pounds and feeling great!

I started 30 Day Shred on 12/27 and did it 4 days last week. I also have some of the P90x videos and did Kenpo. I lost 2 pounds this past week!!!! Looking forward to seeing how everyone does.
