Hi there in the same boat; just today pushed myself to get to that gym and totally enjoyed it....power over the mind lol

Hi I've so far lost 4 stone and need to lose another 3 stone .....I run, swim, cycle, and go to the gym and just can't lose the last lot. Could do with more Inspiration
