Gillian Michaels all the way!! I started the insanity workout last week but my knees are killing me & injured my lower back so think I'll stick with gillian- it's slow enough that I don't rush things and injure myself! I think I'll try that metabolism one mentioned above. Thanks guys! Good luck :-)

Hi! Apparently you will lose weight quickly at the beginning by decreasung your calorie intake. However, once you lose weight your metabolic rate will decrease so you will naturally burn less calories (bigger people have a higher metabolic rate). I thought I'd eaten well as I met my calorie intake limits, but then saw that I hadn't reached the intake of vitamin A Tec but went over in sodium. I'm looking at the new charge HR fitbit- I heard that tracking heart rate shows how much healthier you are getting; if your resting heart rate decreases then you are getting healthier :-)
