I'm trying really hard to get back on track.I PROMISE.I weighed in Monday at 218.When I started in on this journey I weighed 239.I had gotten down to 150's.The only bright point is ,I didn't gain all my weight back.So here I go again. Mon.Dec.12th -218.0 Fri.Dec.16th-214.5

I had eye surgery yesterday.Everything went well.hopefully will have surgery on my other eye soon.Dr.told me to not read or strain my eyes using the computer so making this a quick post.no exrercise heavy lifting etc.i go back next week,hopefully things will be back to normal.

I went to the donut and coffee get together and all i did was socialize .My husband ate a couple but I wasn't even tempted. Yah me!!! Came home and ate a healthy breakfast.

When I went to the Dr.Monday. I weighed 186.5 so that's going to be my starting point. Nov.2-186.5 Nov.5-182.5 I know it's fluid loss but i'll take it. New challenge will be: Log in my food everyday. Exercise at least 3 days a week. Log in here everyday,not only to get encouragement but also to encourage.
