I have the same problem with hunger. I've gone from 2 miles to 3, and on those days I find myself looking for "something". More water helps on some days, but certainly not always. I did a four mile power walk today as well.!!!!

After eating my supper I got up and put my plate in the dishwasher instead of putting seconds on my plate. I wasn't hungry i just wanted more for the taste of the food. Then I rejoined my husband and daughters while they finished their meals. Usually I just add more food to my plate.

This past week I did 13 miles. If I am going to make my goal I am going to have to add more miles into my day somewhere.

So, the end of February is here and I did pretty good I think. Today I maybe, might do a walk this afternoon. Thursday I did the two mile walk and jog and then on Friday I did the 3 Mile Mega walk. Thanks for the welcome Texasgardr!!! I have been doing the Walk/Jog video everyday. The last couple of days have been tough because I am coming down with what everyone else in the house has. I refuse to go down without a fight, I figure if I keep walking the germs have to move faster to keep up with me :wink:
