I think one thing that is helpful is to sort of look at what you like to snack on, and switch them out for healthier options. One of my favorite snacks is air popped popcorn (no butter, and just a little bit of salt) and that has like 30 calories a cup. I also like carrots dipped in salsa (weird, I know), or I'll get plain…

I think I'm sort of at that awkward point where my palate is no longer that of a kid, but not yet that of an adult because about half of these things sound repulsive while the other half I'm wondering why they're on this list :P
