I love love LOVE that you said this! I have been beating myself about my plateau but I still FEEL good and have a lot of energy. Gonna try a lot harder but the non-scale victories are worth it!

Try making healthy snack packs! When I come home from the grocery store I break open the bags of carrots and fruit. I will make pre portioned snack bags and throw them in a basket in the fridge. Hi there!! What I have been trying to do is make meals that go well for the next day. For example - I made ground turkey burritos for dinner on Monday and used the leftovers to throw on top of a salad for lunch on Tuesday. I had many compliments on my rocking Taco salad!
