Hello everybody! I just turned 50 and I'm finally seeing results. I get up at 4:15 in the morning to get to the gym by 5 for a 1.5 hour workout before getting my son up and ready for school. I fight with myself every morning making excuses not to go but once I get to the gym........I feel good!
