At 5'10, 163 is a good weight. It might be your lifting routine that needs to be changed. Im assuming that you do a 5 day split since you work out often right?

Post stats. From experience skinnyfats shouldnt really bulk. Recomp or cut with progressive overload weight training if you want a lean look.

Could be whey intolerance. Cheese and cream removes the whey protein and retains the casein protein.

If you set the weight loss/exercise goal too high too soon, it might overwhelm you. 1-2lbs loss per week is most practical. depending on your genetics, you will lose/gain weight first in different areas, so keep on going with the weight loss! tips for weight lifting: make sure you are strengthening all your body parts and not just "problem areas". you dont want to create a muscle imbalance
