I do dirty keto usually, but I also take my pruvit ketones(my magical unicorn juice🤣) and ot makes sticking to it and losing weight a breeze.

Hiking and climbing 5km up this *kitten* of a cliff/trail with my 6 year old. I tried it 2 years ago and didnt even get 1km into it before giving up. Pretty sure it's more grit and stubbornness than anything but it's done and I plan to do it again this fall.

For an average person optimum is between 7-9 hours per night. Chronic sleep deprivation can lead to long term health issues. When I'm hypomanic I'm productive on 4-5 hours per night, but that's me being bipolar and it's not a healthy state to be in.

That's probably because 1200 is less than most people need to maintain even basic body functions while comatose, let alone if you actually are up moving around. You should up your calories.

Calorie deficit. I used to have an easy time losing weight until the last several years. Now I find a Low carb, high fat diet works best for me, along with my Pruvit Ketones. Sometimes you may find one thing works better for you(or at least makes the process a little easier) than others.

I havent reached the after quite yet, but since I've started taking my Pruvit Ketones, I've dropped some pounds:) Ignore the other pictures , I just find it difficult to edit photos and stuff on my phone. ETA-it cut off some of the pictures too. I started at 235lbs. Currently 198lbs

Today? Nothing. Yeaterday I was clear cutting some trees, blocking them up, splitting them and moving the pieces to the wood shed. Also moving a few loads of gravel from our driveway around the back of the house because we're grading and leveling out 850sq ft bonfire pit area.

There is no quarantine for me, I work in healthcare 😐 I have preexisting cardiovascular conditions though so I'm just waiting for our area to start getting more cases and then in going on leave.
