Been trying for 2 days to post a photo and just saw that the option is not available on Android mobile. Had a lovely walk yesterday in perfect blustery autumn weather. Didn't make it today, but will be out first thing in the morning.

Day 19 I'm getting in 2 workouts a week, plus an active job with 10,000+ steps per day. Feeling much better. Under my calorie goal just a bit each day, and staying under 200 lbs. Day 16 Made my walk this morning! Scale is up a tad, but I expected the weight loss from being sick would not be solid and stick. Still totally doable to meet my goal by St. Patrick's Day. Thank you to this group for helping me recuperate and move forward towards my health goals. CW: 199.8 GW: 198

I also love making up my mind before eating out. It keeps me from waffling among all the choices, prevents impulse orders, and leaves me feeling in control. Thank you, Internet menus!

Day 13 I'm in that rotten phase of not very sick but not quite well. Am able to work and my appetite is better (though sugar cravings are wrecking my meal plan). Day 8 Felled by multiple infections. Working on getting well and staying that way. Still logging food, what little I've eaten, and under my calorie goal.

Day 5 Feeling better today and will walk later. Yesterday I had over 13,000 steps, a 12 hour work day, and was under my calorie goal. Today won't be quite as busy, but perfect for an afternoon walk to welcome the month of March. Happy Tuesday! CW: Holding steady at 199
