If you are a girly girl I assume that you like to shop. Try walking around your local mall, Walmart/Target. Walk at a brisk pace and no stopping to shop! You can't let what anyone says. At least you are trying to do something about your weight. hold your head up high and get moving! But you gotta sweat!
