When i do some water sport and need to jump in the water from a 5 meter ledge. The people watching screams when i finally jump and the water splash so hard & high. hahah~

You can eat more and still lose weight as long as u didnt exceed the limit... but if u want to lose more weight.. just ignore it.. :wink: but make sure u eat enough food so that your body wont feel so tired..

Last night: Zumba 30 mins & circuit training 30 mins... burn 550kcal(feel like a bit low.. dont know why). phew~ got swimming & badminton today..

I think as long as you eat in moderation, count the calories, have enough rest & workout.. it should be ok.. :smile:

I've been in MFP for 1+ month already and loving it. Currently trying to lose lotssss of weight and living a healthier life. This journey would be more enjoyable when we have friends who are positive & motivational.. and also friends who know how hard it is and what it takes to lose those weight. :smiley: so do add me~
