July 15, 2018 first picture 225 lbs. Second on Nov 20, 2018 195 lbs. 30 pound drop with a renewed focus on diet and walking 2 miles 3-4 times a week. Still have about 10 lbs to go then I’m going to focus on adding resistance training.

I started mid July of this year and dropped about 30 pounds. I stuck to a 1500 calorie diet of protien shake in the morning and fruits veggies and chicken for lunch and ate what ever the family was having for dinner but reduced portions.
