Sigh. So abdominal muscles can absolutely be unmasked when fat layers are removed. They are not, however, defined into what most recognize as 'abs' unless they have been worked toward, a little. That is my only point. I was aiming for just a bit of help for the OP. What was your aim?

Your body will burn where it wants anyway, btw.

This is such misogynistic crap. Poor men. :( What absolute misogynist crap this is. Congrats on not only being amazingly man-splainy but also having almost zero reading comprehension.

South Beach is a modernized, bettered marketed version of Atkins.

Bless your heart.

UltimateRBF: That's precisely what someone suggested.
-
They will. As a large rectangle muscle. I believe OP is after 'abs' in the colloquial. And I think you understand that as well.
-
Not at all. What I mean is, muscles need to be sculpted and developed. OP mentioned wanting their abs to "show". This doesn't mean having defined abdominal structure. I was curious if she understood that her ab muscles were not just magically defined and hidden under fat that could be lost to reveal definition. Not snark.
-
I don't mean any snark here...but do you have think you have good abdominal definition you feel is somehow just hidden?

Or go to bed if you aren't hungry. Don't free-feed with hot-chocolate or milk or whatever someone suggested. You aren't a calf to be fatted. You didn't eat your calories today, you probably will tomorrow.
-
No. In fact, she asked very specifically if she should fast or eat less the rest of the week.

In the sentence directly above the one that is confusing y'all, she introduces the person she's about to start referencing with the pronoun 'she'.

We know that. It isn't appropriate to the conversation. OP asked about her weight loss. Not for your opinion on feeding her child.
-
Starvation mode doesn't exist. You can successfully lose weight while bf but you definitely do need to maintain a good caloric intake, especially if you are exercising that much. It's no ones business on this forum if you introduce other foods to your child while bf.

Smh.

Bless you. Or something.

Are there 2 of these threads now?

What are you selling, Sara?

It's also offensive that someone thinks they have the answer to staving off cancer through a food plan that can be purchased. That's exactly what this guy is making people think. Granted, if you are naive enough to buy into it it's on you-but how can he sleep at night?

I eat the same thing for lunch every day. I like the known :)

Maybe it could be paired with the Weigh Down diet plan and you can pray it off as well as reprogramming.

Your oncologist knows oncology though. I would be wary of looking to him for advice on non-cancer related weight loss.

Didn't say cure, I said prevent. I didn't read the dreck far enough to learn more.

Retrain your taste buds...reverse Food addiction...prevent cancer. This is what this book is promoting. And lying about.

It's endorsed by him.

I personally am allergic to Dr. Oz.

Wow. Congratulations. I can't imagine how hard it's been. I hope someone can help, just wanted to say kudos

It was a stupid thing for that person to post and it wasn't germane to the topic at all.
