I'm confused. Why would your doctor be concerned about your figure? If he says you look 50lbs lighter then doesn't that mean it is your weight that he's concerned with? Not trying to be smart but I don't know if I really understood your question.

My Fitbit syncs to MFP so it automatically will add in my calories burned from steps but will adjust for exercise so it's not counting twice. For example, a one hour Zumba class yields appx 7,000 steps for me. When I add that to my diary it will give me those calories but shortly after it will decrease my Fitbit calories.…
